Publication in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology (IF 24.09) of a study on the identification of typical clinical profiles in patients with suspected cardiac amyloidosis
In a work led by two members of Sylvie Bastuji-Garin’s CEpiA team (Etienne Audureau and Thibaud Damy) as part of Louis Bonnefous‘ thesis, the authors used innovative machine learning and visualization approaches to identify typical clinical profiles in a large population of suspected cardiac amyloidosis patients.
Clustering analysis identified 7 clinical profiles with varying characteristics, prognoses and associations with diagnosis.
Several IMRB teams also participated in this study.
